"Founded in 2018 by Ashiva Faranaz, Biru Management Consulting has come quite acceptable from its beginnings in Bali. When Ashiva first started out, she often experienced personally the lack of a management system applied to companies she worked at, which basically drove her to start this business.

She feels strongly concerned by what happened, which eventually gave birth to a desire to share her knowledge from more than 25 years experience in developing a proper management system, based on the most approachable concept of good corporate governance.

Together with co-founder, Desytha Kusuma, Biru first launched within their own close personal network and gained enough interests. It shows as well confirm that business owner have realized the necessity of having approriate management is not only essential but as one of vital element to their business.

Where implementation will not only produce a pleasant yet comfortable in work place, well communication between team, respectable hierarchy, absolute compliance of not only entire policy are in place but also accordance to government available regulation applies, increase work performance, the dedication of employees is also expected to help improve and grow the business itself.

My company had hired few good consultant from jakarta,surabaya and bandung coz we thought the proffesional consultant are only at big cities. During this corona has limit all the travels, we couldn’t get consultant from out of town to come to bali.
